Jungle Bridge Crossing

These incredible structures made of wire and wood, are stretched high up and across the many rivers in Borneo are the only way of crossing a fast flowing river-they are essential to local trade and for the local Borneo tribes to carry goods from the jungle to home or to market. 70 feet high water crossings are not un common, the scene is taken from a rafting expedition I did on the Kiulu river in Sabah during 2010.
